Payment & Appointment Policy
Theodosiou Chiropractic is a cash-based practice and does not bill health insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service.
We offer individual visits as well as optional wellness plans for patients who prefer ongoing care. Please contact our office if you have any questions regarding pricing or payment options.
Cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
