Returning Patient Evaluation

Service Description

The Returning Patient Evaluation is designed for patients who have not been seen in our office for an extended period of time (60+ days) and would like to resume care. This visit includes an updated health history, review of any new injuries or symptoms, reassessment of your current condition, and any necessary examination procedures. Treatment may be provided during the same visit if clinically appropriate, and recommendations will be updated based on your current needs and goals.
